Shipping policy

We provide free shipping to all regions within the United States. Our online prices already include all applicable taxes.
For orders shipped to other countries, please contact us to verify availability and shipping arrangements before placing your order.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouses in China.

The total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time.

1. Processing Time
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please note that the daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT-8). 
2. Shipping Time:
Shipping times are calculated from the date the package is shipped. For shipments to mainland U.S. addresses, transit time is 4–6 business days via available carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL). 
Deliveries to U.S. remote regions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico may require 5–7 business days.

Please note: cancellation can only be made before the package shipped out. If the package is already in transit, the order can not be canceled.

Delivery times are only estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as bad weather, natural disasters, or service interruptions—especially during holidays—may cause delays.

If the tracking status hasn’t updated for a while or your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please email us at Support@guardxmoto.com. We will contact the carrier on your behalf to help locate your order.
