A1: If you need to cancel the order, please contact Support@guardxmoto.comCancellation can only be made before the package shipped out. If the package is already in transit, the order can not be canceled.

A2: Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days (excluding the day you place the order).

Q3: Within how long can I request a return?
A3: You may initiate a refund request within 60 calendar days of receiving your product.

Q4: How can I return my order?
A4: If you need to return an item, please first read our Return & Refund Policy. Then, contact us via email at Support@guardxmoto.com, and we will provide you with further instructions.

Q5: I bought the wrong items/ the items were not compatible with my vehicle.

Q6: Do you ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and other countries?
A6: We offer free shipping within the United States, and all prices displayed are tax-inclusive. For shipping to other countries, please first contact us via email at Support@guardxmoto.com. We will verify the applicable shipping fees and taxes for you and then assist you with placing the order.

Q7: Do you have any discount? How to use discount code?
A7: If we have a special offer, the discount code will be displayed at the top of the website. When getting a discount code, please put the code in the box to apply to the order at checkout.
