Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction. You may request a return within 60 calendar days of the date you receive your order. To ensure a fair and efficient process, please review our full policy below.

1. Returns Due to Merchant's Responsibility
We take full responsibility for issues caused by our error. Examples include, but are not limited to:
A. Products received with damage or obvious manufacturing defects.
B. Products received that do not match the description or your order.
C.Products received missing essential components or parts.
If you encounter any of these situations, please contact our support team by emailing Support@guardxmoto.com. Please include your order number and supporting evidence (e.g., photos/videos). Upon confirmation, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
We will cover the cost of returning the product to us, and no restocking fees will be applied.

2. Returns Due to Buyer’s Reasons
You may return an item within 60 calendar days of the delivery date for personal reason, such as ordering the wrong model, purchasing too many items, no longer needing the product, etc.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in resalable condition and meet one of the following specific criteria:
A. Unopened & Sealed: The product is in its original, factory-sealed packaging with all labels intact.
B. Opened but Unused: The product has been removed from the box for inspection but shows no signs of any installation attempt. All original accessories, manuals, internal packaging, and labels must be included.
C. Installation Attempted - No Marks: The product was handled for fitment but, upon our inspection, shows absolutely zero traces of installation. This means:
a. No scratches, scuffs, dents, or tool marks.
b. No grease, oil, dirt, or residue of any kind.
c. All included hardware (gaskets, bolts, clips) is unused and present.
d. All original packaging is intact and undamaged.
If the refund is due to the buyer's reason, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Situations
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
A. The item has been installed, used, or shows any signs of use or installation (beyond the strict "no marks" criteria in Section 2C).
B. The item is missing original parts, accessories, or packaging.
C. The return request is initiated after the 60-day return period.
D. The item is a custom-order.
E. For any product that does not work properly installation (this is handled under our Warranty Policy). 

4. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email Support@guardxmoto.com within 60 calendar days of delivery.
Provide your order number, reason for return and supporting evidence (e.g., photos/videos)
Our team will respond within 2 business day with a RMA number.

Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely repack the item in its original packaging.
If the return is due to our responsibility (as defined in Section 1), we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
If the return is for buyer's reasons (as defined in Section 2), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Step 3: Notify Us
Once you have shipped the package back, please email us at Support@guardxmoto.com to inform us, and include the return tracking number.

3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the item and refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order by emailing Support@guardxmoto.com.
After Shipment: Orders already in transit cannot be canceled (must follow the return process).

5. Exchange
A. Eligibility
We only accept exchanges for items that are unopened, in their original factory-sealed packaging with all labels intact. Exchanges are not available for any opened or used products.

B. Exchange Process
a. Email Support@guardxmoto.com with your order number, exchange reason, and the SKU of the replacement item.
b. We will reply within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
c. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
d. Email us the return tracking number after shipment.
e. After we receive and verify the returned item, we will ship your replacement within 2 business days.
